Greetings from Lake Tahoe. Mother Nature has been treating us well lately and our season is off to a fantastic start. With lots of little storms consistently dropping 6-12 inches on us every other day for the past 2-3 weeks we’ve been getting it good. I’ve been skiing primarily at Alpine Meadows and in the Lake Tahoe backcountry. With roughly 60 inches of base throughout the Lake Tahoe area we still have early season coverage, but that has made for some really fun and interesting featured terrain. It was great to have our mountains completely open for the holidays, seems like its been a few years for us. I hope the skiing has been great wherever you are. We are all stoked that the mountain opened so early this year. Team rider Asit gets the long-distance high-five for making it out of the office and up to the mountain for some deep turns.
